Our salesman, Chance, was quick to locate it and communicate when it would be arriving. The same day we were able to test drive and begin the buying process. Adam in the financial department was wonderful in helping us receive an interest rate we were happy with and completing the closing process. But above all - Thompson's made sure we left with a pristinely clean vehicle and followed up that we were happy with our vehicle in the following days.
