I am in Indiana and had to complete the process long distance and it was very smooth from the beginning. Mike was very helpful in providing photos and information up front and wasn’t at all pushy or aggressive. We were able to negotiate a very fair deal and the whole process was stress free. As usual, I had a wonderful experience at Thompson Sales. This is my sixth car I have purchased from them over the past forty plus years. Tayton was extremely patient and helpful with me as I "hummed and hawed" over my eventual purchase; he "bent over backwards" with the whole transaction. He always was available with each contact I requested. I will definitely ask for Tayton with my next purchase. Thompson's in general is a very professional business. I had a really bad experience at another dealership. They had added on almost $6,000 in hidden fees on a vehicle I was interested in. I immediately left and contacted Thompson’s and spoke with Bobby. I was given the price without any crazy fees added on. The next day I purchased the vehicle. It was the easiest purchase at a dealership I have ever had and I know I will return in the future.

We had recently replaced the power steering pump in our 2015 Acadia in the Kansas City area. On a trip to Springfield, the power steering went out. We were able to get the SUV scheduled for service first thing the next day. Nick M and crew in the service department got the problem identified quickly, had the part in stock (new pump), and had us on our way by mid-day. The parts and labor were covered under warranty. The salesman went above and beyond for me. I was replacing a car wrecked in an accident. There was a delay in the funds from the insurance company getting into my bank account. This insurance money is what I had to use as my down payment. The salesman that I worked with and the dealership were kind enough to hold the car for me until I received my insurance money. Everyone I worked with was extremely courteous and friendly. It was a true pleasure working with this dealership.

Although I didn’t buy my car here, Nate Little was extremely helpful & instrumental in getting me to my new car. I test drove a blazer on a whim after looking at Toyota RAV4s previously and was impressed with his knowledge. The sales team was great, just didn’t have the car that spoke to me on a time crunch! They also didn’t blow up my phone with promotions after I gave them my number.
