Made the trip from St Louis to Springfield twice within a 5 day period. Was well worth the time and travel. Purchased a slightly used newer trade in and could not be happier. Worked with Tito on the sales side and Carol on the closing side. Both very professional and would definitely be looking to this dealership again when seeking out a used or new vehicle. Thank you both.

I was thrilled with my car buying experience yesterday. Tito was amazing to work with. Also Coach drove me around Spfd. to collect paperwork and bank draft. Other dealerships were pushy, they made me feel very pressured. Tito was laid back, did everything to make me comfortable and enjoy buying my new car. I am one happy customer. You should stop by and see one of the Thompson boy's 65 GTO, it's gorgeous.

Tito was absolutely the best sales person I have ever

Tito was absolutely the best sales person I have ever worked with. He answered every question. Let me know the cars progress in the shop. Checked out every feature that was important to me, personally. Because this Encore had every safety feature available at the time, Tito made sure each one was there and working. He didn’t assume. This was our 25 year old son’s birthday present. (Had been in a wreck) Tito put the car in our driveway while we were at dinner. Keys inside a birthday box. A little Thompson swag bag. This is how you get lifetime customers. It was all his idea. Please ask for Tito. The best dealer I have ever had the privilege of working with. Found car online. Price out the door was the same price to the penny as advertised. Car came with list of repairs that had been made in shop. (It was well used) a 3 month, 3000 mile power train warranty. The paperwork was easy and ready for me. Tom, the Finance Manager was wonderful. I’ve been to a lot of dealers, bought a lot of cars, but I have never been treated as well as I was at Thompson Sales. Extra special? Not a single person asked if, My husband needed to come in, see it, approve it, yes this still happens on 2025. So women, this is your go to dealer. Great experience.

Bought a new truck from Thompson today.

Bought a new truck from Thompson today. Very good experience. No pressure what so ever. Bought a couple accessories to add to my truck. They called me later to tell me the quoted price was wrong and that I owed less than what was quoted. They have a customer for the long term. Also, I took time to learn the family history. I like doing business with strong family values and tradition. Don't change a thing. You guys were great!!
